“The component achieves an inductance of 10μH despite a 1206 case size,” said the company. It has “high impedance over a frequency range of 10MHz to 200MHz”.
Measuring 1.2 x 0.6 x 0.95mm, PLEC69BCA100M has a ±20% induction tolerance at 1MHz and a typical dc resistance of 1.4Ω (1.68Ω max).
Saturation to 70% of initial inductance typically occurs when carrying 250mA (200mA worst case) and typically 400mA can be carried for a 40°C self-heating rise (at least 350mA).
Operation is over -40 to +125°C.
Use is foreseen in optical communication module bias-Ts, as well as power supply filtering in phones and wearables.
