Technology company Energage announced the winners of its annual National Industry Awards on July 12, with the national employer recognition awards highlighting organizaitons that prioritize employee feedback and people-first cultures.

Energage’s Top Workplaces program honors organizations across seven industry verticals: Distribution, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Nonprofit, Technology and Construction.

Using a confidential, research-backed employee engagement survey, Energage evaluates participating companies against industry benchmarking that the firm said is based on more than 17 years of culture research.

Below, find a rundown of the 19 companies honored in the distribution vertical. All 19 have more than 500 employees. Three of them were named to MDM’s 2023 Top Distributors Lists.

  13. Pacific Seafood – Clackamas, Oregon
  14. Graybar – Clayton, Missouri (No. 3 on MDM’s 2023 Top Electrical Distributors)
