Irvine, CA-based Dynamic Solutions will strengthen Valin’s robust motion control and automation product portfolio.
On May 1, San Jose, CA-based industrial distributor Valin Corp. acquired Irvine, CA-based Dynamic Solutions to strengthen its robust motion control and automation product portfolio.
Established in 1998, Dynamic Solutions specializes in precision motion control, machine vision and collaborative robotics, and provides consultation, application support and custom positioning stage design.
“Dynamic Solutions has a strong reputation in the industry and maintains an experienced and accomplished technical staff,” Valin President Anne Vranicic said in a news release.
The resources and backing as part of Valin will enable Dynamic Solutions to elevate the distributor’s service, Dynamic Solutions founder and President Greg Roettger said.
In the beginning of the year, Valin also acquired Brea,CA-based sealing products and O-ring distributor Ad Tech Seal to further strengthen its process control and fluid handling product portfolio.
Electrical, communications and data networking products distributor Graybar acquired Valin in 2023. Graybar ranked No. 3 on MDM’s Top Electrical, Data & Security Distributors list in 2022.
