Specialty construction supplies and safety product distributor White Cap acquired Jobsite Supply, Inc.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Indianapolis, IN-based Jobsite Supply provides customers with concrete accessories and shoring solutions in non-residential and infrastructure end markets. The company also conducts business nationwide as Jobsite Formwork.
“With this acquisition, we are expanding our offerings throughout the Indiana market and broadening our nationwide capabilities in forming and shoring,” White Cap CEO Alan Sollenberger said in a Sept. 16 news release. “This reinforces our commitment to providing a one-stop shop for our customers with a full suite of products and value-added services available coast to coast.”
White Cap’s most previous recent acquisitions were of B&R Reinforcing (Columbus, OH) completed on July 15 and Dayton Superior (Dayton, OH) completed on June 12. This is the company’s eighth acquisition of the year.

White Cap was No. 11 on MDM’s Industrial Supplies Top Distributors List, and No. 8 for Building Materials/Construction.
