EMKA cabinet lock black

“The quarter turn and additional functional elements ensure maximum protection against unintentional loosening,” according to the company. “Constant spring pressure on the internal mechanism, combined with two positive-locking end positions, ensures secure latching, which is also audible.”

Bodies can be stainless steel or zinc alloy, and chrome or black (pictured) finishes are available.

The patented design meets DIN EN 61373 vibration and shock resistance requirements, and the stainless steel version also achieves E60 DIN EN 45545-3 fire protection classification.

Ingress protection is IP66, and IP69K versions are in the pipeline.

Use is also foreseen in plant engineering and industrial cabinets.
