Incore ikW PL105xx planar transformer

Called the PL105xx family, there are designed to run at between 100 and 700kHz, and are 19.5mm tall.

Operation is over -55 to +130°C.

For military and aerospace use there are space-qualified variants that meet Mil-Std 981 Class S, and for the automotive world there are versions that comply to AEC-Q200.

“Multiple power topologies are supported, including forward, push-pull, half-bridge and full-bridge,” according to the company.

Isolation is reinforced to 3kVac.

Before that, picking three examples:

440V-μs PL10510 has a 6:6 turns ratio with a 18mΩ (max) primary and a 1.5mΩ secondary, and Sn63/Pb37 finish

510V-μs PL10518 has a 6:8 turns ratio, 18mΩ primary and 24mΩ secondary, and also a tin-lead finish.

Other version have a pure tin finish, such as the 12:12 870V-μs PL10516NL.
