Industry veteran Joe Shoemaker now leads the fastener distributor’s North American marketing efforts.
Ohio-based fasteners distributor AFC Industries appointed Joe Shoemaker as VP of Marketing for North America.
An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in industrial marketing, Shoemaker will oversee marketing functions, including brand management, digital marketing and marketing strategy for AFC Industries.
“We are thrilled to welcome Joe Shoemaker to AFC Industries,” AFC Industries CEP Kevin Godin said in an Aug. 14 news release. “Joe’s extensive experience and strategic mindset will be invaluable as we continue to grow and innovate. His leadership in marketing will help us strengthen our brand and deepen our relationships with customers across North America.”
Shoemaker joins the company after holding market leadership roles with industrial companies, including Elgin Fastener Group, where he served as VP of Marketing and Business Development.
AFC Industries was No. 30 on MDM’s Top Distributor’s List for Industrial Supplies and No. 8 for Fasteners.
