Aramsco Acquires EZ Concrete Supply in Ohio

Paulsboro, New Jersey-based Aramsco Inc. has acquired EZ Concrete Supply, the company announced March 27. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Aramsco was listed among MDM’s Top JanSan Distributors in 2022.

Founded in 2016, EZ Concrete Supply is a distributor of decorative concrete supplies and equipment to specialty contractors across the U.S. EZ Concrete Supply is headquartered in Lima, Ohio, and has seven other branches across Illinois, Tennessee, New York, Massachusetts, Florida, Texas and Puerto Rico.
