Rancho has grown into a successful enterprise that provides customers with JanSan, foodservice and packaging products and services.
On Aug. 2, foodservice disposables and JanSan products distributor BradyIFS announced that it has acquired Fontana, California-based Rancho Janitorial, Inc., a distributor serving the Southern California market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal marks BradyIFS’s fifth acquisition in 2023. In June, the company announced that it acquired FPC Distribution, Inc., a foodservice, dry goods and JanSan distributor serving Maryland and Virginia.
Jose and Maria Flores founded Rancho Janitorial in their garage in 2003, according to a news release announcing the deal.
“Since this time, the company has grown into a multimillion-dollar enterprise that provides customers with a wide array of JanSan, foodservice and packaging products and services,” BradyIFS said.
“Rancho’s sales, operating and geographic model fits well with our company,” said Kenneth D. Sweder, CEO and Chairman of BradyIFS. “We are excited to continue to expand across California, and we look forward to our partnership with Jose, Maria and the team at Rancho.”
BradyIFS was included in MDM’s 2023 Top Distributors Lists, appearing among the top JanSan distributors.
