Brighton-Best International (BBI) announced Sept. 1 the availability of Hi-Visibility gloves to crossing guards at schools across America.

With the school year starting in the weeks before or just after Labor Day weekend for most of the U.S., BBI is donating free pairs of Hi-Visibility gloves for crossing guards. Taiwan-based BBI, which has U.S. headquarters in

Long Beach, California, noted that nearly 400 children aged 15 and under are killed annually when struck by a vehicle, according to national statistics.

During the 2022-2023 school year, crossing guards can email safetocross@brightonbest.com and BBI will ship them a pair of HI-VIZ Ironclad gloves at no cost.

BBI, a master industrial distributor, has been a worldwide leader in hand tools, gloves, screws and fasteners since 1925.
