Ohio-based Current Lighting announced May 9 that Steve Harris has been appointed as the company’s new CEO.
Harris will succeed interim CEO Bill Tolley and assume his responsibilities effective May 30, Current said.
Tolley will remain with the company as Chairman of the Board.
Harris previously was president & CEO and then Executive Chairman Shape Technologies Group in the Seattle area.
He earned a master’s degree in business from Oakland University and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Lawrence Technical University.
