FBM’s Acquisitions Include A&D Supply, Studs Unlimited, Henrietta Building Supplies and KCI Doors & Hardware.

Santa Ana, California-based Foundation Building Materials recently announced that it added 11 new locations via three acquisitions.

The companies that FBM acquired include A&D Supply, Studs Unlimited, Henrietta Building Supplies and KCI Doors & Hardware. A&D Supply LLC and Studs Unlimited LLC have three locations in Oklahoma, two in Arkansas, two in Texas and one in Tennessee. A&D Supply distributes drywall, steel framing, Armstrong ceilings, insulation and general building materials.

Henrietta Building Supplies Inc & HBS Building Supplies Inc. have two locations in the Rochester and Buffalo, New York, areas. Henrietta Building Supplies is a specialty distributor of commercial and residential building products including drywall, steel framing, USG ceilings, insulation, EIFS and general building products. HBS also has a doors, frames and hardware facility.

FBM describes KCI Doors and Hardware as leading supplier of doors, frames and hardware in the Phoenix, Arizona, market and KCI is led by current owner Kris Kurce. He will continue with the business as a new member of the FBM Team. KCI distributes both steel and wood commercial doors along with frames and several brands of hardware.
