MRO supplies distribution giant Grainger selected a slate of nominees to serve on the company’s 2024-2025 Board of Directors.
The 12 candidates, all current board members, to be voted on at the 2024 annual meeting of shareholders are:

- Katherine Jaspon
- Christopher Klein
- Stuart Levenick
- D.G. Macpherson
- Neil Novich
- Beatriz Perez
- E. Scott Santi
- Susan Slavik Williams
- Lucas Watson
- Steven White
After 18 years of service, V. Ann Hailey will not stand for re-election. Hailey has been a board member since 2006 and served as a member of the Board Affairs and Nominating Committee, as well as Chair of the Audit Committee.
Chicago-based Grainger — No. 1 on MDM’s 2023 Top Industrial Distributors List — reported a modest sequential deceleration in sales growth and gross margin for the October-December period in 2023.
