Industrial parts distributor HVH Industrial expands power transmission and motion control offerings in North Jersey.
Garfield, NJ-based Industrial parts distributor HVH Industrial Solutions acquired Metro Industrial Supply to broaden its product range of power transmission and motion control parts in the New Jersey area.
“The acquisition of Metro Industrial Supply marks a significant milestone in our journey to deliver comprehensive industrial solutions,” said HVH Industrial Solutions CEO Vladimir Harutyunyan in a May 2 news release. “With this partnership, we are strengthening our position as a leading provider of top-quality industrial products and services, while further enhancing our ability to meet the evolving needs of our valued clients.”
Wallington, NJ-based Metro Industrial Supply was founded in 1983.
HVH Industrial Solutions is a family-owned supplier of industrial products such as bearings, industrial belts, gearboxes, electric motors, pneumatics, industrial lubrication, shaft couplings, linear motion and robotics.
