Imperial Dade expands its Arizona footprint by adding foodservice and janitorial products distributor Excell Direct.
New Jersey-based foodservice, packaging supplies, industrial products and janitorial supplies distributor Imperial Dade acquired Excell Direct in its latest bolt-on addition.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded by Stewart and Crystal Leary, Excell Direct is a Phoenix, AZ -ased distributor of foodservice and janitorial products.
“On behalf of Excell Direct, we are thrilled to be part of Imperial Dade. They share the same relentless focus on delivering the best service and product offering to the customer,” Excell Direct CEO & President Stweart Leary said in a July 26 news release. “We look forward to the next chapter together and strengthening our vendor relationships.”
It marked the 91st acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis. The company’s previous two most recent acquisitions were Florida-based City Maintenance Supply and New Brunswick-based Pro-Tech Sanitation, both in July.
Imperial Dade was No. 2 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for JanSan, Packaging & Disposables.
