It’s already the company’s eighth acquisition announced in 2024.

Imperial Dade’s Canada unit gained more scale with the acquisition of Wolfpack Packaging — a distributor of industrial products and janitorial supplies throughout Ontario.

Announced May 1, the deal marks the 84th transaction for Jersey City, NJ-based Imperial Dade under the direction of Chairman Robert Tillis and CEO Jason Tillis.

Terms were not disclosed.

“The acquisition of Wolfpack enables us to scale in a priority geography. I enthusiastically welcome the Wolfpack family to Imperial Dade Canada. With this partnership, we’ll expand our reach, service, and support across Ontario,” Imperial Dade President Stephane Lapointe said in a news release.

Owned and operated by Founder and CEO Gord Heyting, Newmarket, Ontario-based Wolfpack’s top product categories include mailers, labels, boxes, packaging bags, tape and stretch wrap/film, according to the company’s website.

“I am very proud of the Wolfpack family and what we continue to build. Joining the Imperial Dade Canada team will expand our distribution network to aid in servicing our customers with a national presence and greater access to products. We will be stronger together.” Heyting added.

Imperial Dade is a distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, industrial products and JanSan supplies.
