Northeast Specialty Insulations, Inc. gains a supplier to the composite insulation industry.
Lawrence, MA- based Northeast Specialty Insulations (NESI) acquired Poly-Cel, an Acton, MA-based foam fabrication company that supplies composite insulation industries with custom parts, panels and solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
NESI is a wholesale distributor that provides customers with a line of sustainable products and solutions for thermal efficiency, condensation and life safety. 
According to a July 22 news release, the acquisition will supply the companies’ joint clientele with enhanced solutions at a greater value.
