Jon-Don Acquires Distributors Norkan, CRT Industrial

Illinois-based JanSan distributor Jon-Don announced Nov. 30 it has acquired two industrial distributors: Norkan Industrial Supplies and CRT Industrial Equipment. Financial details weren’t disclosed for either transaction. Jon-Don appeared in MDM’s 2022 Top Jan-San Distributors list.

Founded in 1999, Michigan-based Norkan specializes in equipment and supplies for commercial and industrial safety; lead, mold and asbestos abatement; property restoration; concrete restoration; and high-performance coatings and paint. Norkan has locations in Detroit and Phoenix areas.

Houston-based CRT services industrial cleaning equipment in the Houston area, primarily servicing industrial sweepers and scrubbers.
