Kimball Midwest Garners Another Training Award

For the second year in a row, MRO supplies distributor Kimball Midwest has been recognized for its training and development programs by Training Magazine.

Kimball Midwest was one of 105 recipients of Training Magazine’s 2024 Training APEX Awards, which is awarded to companies based on qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives, and their effectiveness in terms of behavior change and business impact.

Columbus, OH-based Kimball Midwest — No. 38 on MDM’s 2023 Top Industrial Distributors List and No. 16 for MRO — has received several honors for its learning and development programs. Most recently, it was honored for the third straight year as part of Chief Learning Officer’s LearningElite Awards Program
