This speed compares with 8.533Gbit/s its previous LPDDR5X generation.
It is available in 24, 32, 64 and 128Gbit forms – so up to 16Gbyte.
Organisation is x32 wide and operation is at 1.05V and over -25 to +85°C. The package is a TFBGA.
