Addison, Illinois-based Parts Town Unlimited, the parent company of OEM foodservice equipment parts distributor Parts Town, experienced 20% organic growth in the first quarter of 2023, the company announced May 31. Parts Town said in a news release it expects to achieve $2.4 billion in revenue for the full year 2023, compared to $1.8 billion in 2022 and $1 billion in 2021.

Parts Town has experienced rapid growth over the past year. Last month, the distributor launched its HVAC parts category, adding to a diverse portfolio that already included OEM foodservice equipment parts, residential appliance parts and consumer electronic parts.

2022 was a busy year for Parts Town, which made two acquisitions, Encompass Supply Chain Solutions and Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service, while adding over 30 new master distribution programs across its full group. In December, Parts Town’s parent company, formerly known as PT Holdings, rebranded to become Parts Town Unlimited.

Parts Town launched its eCommerce marketplace platform in September 2021. Parts Town’s digital channels delivered more than 70% of its total revenue in 2022, according to a news release, while the company’s app grew to 247,000 downloads in 2022.

Overall, Parts Town Unlimited has made 28 acquisitions over the past eight years, growing to 149 locations and 5,300 employees worldwide, according to the release.
