Parts Town Expands with HVAC Parts Category Launch

OEM foodservice equipment parts distributor Parts Town has launched its HVAC parts category, the company announced April 13.

With the introduction of its HVAC category, Parts Town now offers air handler parts, condensing unit parts, packaged unit parts and other HVAC accessories, according to a news release. Parts Town supplies its HVAC parts from manufacturers such as Carrier, Fast OEM Parts, Trane, Lennox, York and Heatcraft.

“Expanding our offerings to HVAC equipment parts is yet another step we are taking to ensure Parts Town is the one-stop shop for genuine OEM parts,” Parts Town Senior Vice President Jeff Audette said in the release. “With this expansion, Parts Town now has the fastest growing OEM HVAC parts inventory on the market, allowing our customers to find and buy the mission-critical replacement parts they need to get equipment back up and running quickly.”

“With many of our customers servicing both commercial foodservice equipment and HVAC equipment, this category expansion allows us to meet the needs of our customers,” Parts Town Integrated Marketing Manager of HVAC Julie Eppley said in the release. “This one-stop shop also further eliminates the need for customers to visit multiple websites to find the parts and related products they need.”

Parts Town has experienced rapid growth in the past year, acquiring Encompass Supply Chain Solutions in April 2022 and Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service in August. The company also added 17 new master distribution partnerships to its portfolio in October. In December, Parts Town’s parent company, formerly known as PT Holdings, rebranded to become Parts Town Unlimited.
