Patented torsional drilling technology developed for oil and gas operators

TAQA, a provider of products and services to the energy industry, has unveiled its Threlix drilling technology for minimizing downtime and enhancing efficiency for oil and gas operators.

According to the company, Threlix targets the challenges associated with drilling dysfunctions, such as vibration and torsional oscillations, which are often encountered with rotary steerable systems (RSS).
