Taylor, MI-based automotive refinish and specialty coating solutions supplier PSE Group expands its service geography with the acquisition of RMS Pro Finishes.
RMS Pro Finishes is a Charleston, WV-based automotive refinish and associated products distributor serving West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky.
With this acquisition, PSE Group enters its 16th state and further expands their footprint in the automotive refinish segment, while opening growth opportunities in specialty coatings as well.
“Partnering with PSE Group opens many new and exciting opportunities for RMS Pro Finishes,” RMS President Terry Midkiff, said in a Aug. 26 news release. “We look forward to enhancing our serviceability to our customers with additional tools and resources available through PSE Group.”
