Q2 semiconductor manufacturing equipment billings were up 24% YoY and 3% QoQ at $33.07 billion, says SEMI in its Worldwide Semiconductor Equipment Market Statistics (WWSEMS) Report.

Sales were driven by the leading-edge logic, HBM related DRAM applications and shipments to Asia.
