Rexel USA Acquires Horizon Solutions

On July 8, electrical distributor Rexel USA announced the acquisition of Rochester, New York-based Horizon Solutions.

Rexel said the acquisition will allow it to expand its presence as a Rockwell Automation distributor in the Northeast U.S. region with Horizon Solutions’ 10 branch locations in New York and New England.

Rexel said the transaction is expected to close by the end of the month. Further details were not disclosed.
