Former Wesco VP Shawn Hawkins will join electrical supplies distributor Rexel USA as the Gulf Central Region President.
Electrical supplies distributor Rexel USA named Shawn Hawkins as its new Gulf Central Region President.
Hawkins has worked in the distribution industry for 30 years, most recently serving as Vice President of Commercial Excellence at Wesco.
He has served in a variety of capacities on both the supplier and distribution side, working in customer segments ranging from commercial and industrial construction; industrial MRO; automation; semiconductor; integrated supply; data, security, and communications; industrial OEM and utility.
Earlier this year, Rexel USA promoted Jeremy Rothbard to serve as President of its California Region and appointed Raman Marwah as Vice President of Data Strategy and Engineering.
Rexel Holdings USA/Rexel Canada ranked No. 5 on MDM’s 2023 Top Electrical, Data & Security Distributors List, with a 2022 revenue of $8.3 billion.
