SQM-4733-MF-29M-02 is made of stainless steel and “supports SMA, 3.5mm and 2.92mm connections, and operates reliably up to 40GHz” said the company. It “has been designed with lessons learned from major missions”.
The connector is tested with a 100% swept frequency protocol and is compliant with or exceeds NASA’s out-gassing standards (1% TML and 0.1% CVCM) added Cinch, which sees it being used in thermo-vacuum testing, pre-flight system evaluation and satellite platform development for all orbits.
Maximum VSWR is 1.1:1 up to 26.5GHz, then better than 1.2:1 up to 40GHz.
