With the purchase of Clarion Electric, electrical distributor Schaedler Yesco Distribution now has 26 locations in Pennsylvania.
Harrisburg, PA-based electrical distributor Schaedler Yesco Distribution completed its previously announced acquisition of Clarion Electric Supply, an electrical parts and service company based in northwest Pennsylvania.
The acquisition expands the company’s locations to 26 in Pennsylvania, two in Ohio and one in New York.
Clarion Electric is headquartered in Clarion, PA, and has a second location in Grove City, PA.
