Schneider’s 5-year committment to NAED’s “Next Level Now” initiative supports digital transformation of the distribution channel.
Schneider Electric has signed on as the first manufacturer to join the National Association of Electrical Distributors’ (NAED) “Next Level Now” initiative, pledging $1 million to NAED’s Education & Research Foundation for the effort.
The foundation’s campaign centers on developing insights, tools and services that support the digital transformation and modernization of the distribution channel.
The pledge for Schneider — a digital automation and energy management manufacturer and solutions provider — covers $1 million over the next five years to the foundation. The company said the investment will improve the impact and sustainability of the distribution channel, as well as its modernization by developing strategies and tools to optimize business practices.
Schneider is a long-time NAED member.
“We provide a shared experience to our customers, and the industry wins on the quality of that shared experience,” said Mike Montanari, Schneider’s Vice President of Channel Development, in a Nov. 28 news release. “The ‘Next Level Now’ campaign is an opportunity for us to align together so we can continually deliver the best possible experience for the customers we collectively serve. Schneider Electric is honored to support this vital initiative.”
Schneider said its 5-year commitment to the Next Level Now program demonstrates the strength of the company’s relationships with distribution partners and its leadership position in the industry as distributors explore and develop new capabilities to optimize their businesses and keep pace with customer expectations and needs.
