Billows Electric joins Sonepar with 19 branch locations and over 285 associates, according to a Sonepar news release.
On July 18, Sonepar announced that its U.S. subsidiary, Cooper Electric, had completed its acquisition of Billows Electric Supply. Financial details were not released.
Sonepar originally announced that Cooper Electric had entered into an agreement to acquire Billows on June 1.
“Sonepar wants to thank the Billows family and associates for the incredible cooperation and support in finalizing the transaction,” said Rob Taylor, President of Sonepar North America. “We continue to be thoroughly impressed with the Billows’ business and its outstanding people.”
Billows Electric offers a full line of electrical products and services to its customers in the Philadelphia, South Jersey and Wilmington, Delaware metropolitan market.
The company joins Sonepar with 19 branch locations and over 285 associates, according to a company news release.
