Electrical supplies distributor Sonepar has restructured its Americas leadership team.
The changes include Jerome Baniol, currently the Senior Vice President of Finance in North America, assuming the position of Sonepar Deputy Chief Financial Officer, effective Jan. 1. He will report to Andros Neocleous, Sonepar CFO at the Paris, France location.
“We aim to empower our customers through the industry’s best supply chain and digital solutions,” Sonepar America President Rob Taylor said in an Oct. 9 news release. “Our organizational structure will continue to evolve to meet this mission.”
Sonepar said that North America leaders will now have broader responsibilities spanning both North and South America to better integrate key functions. These leaders will report to Rob Taylor:
- Kris Prebola will assume the role of Sonepar Americas SVP of Finance, previously held by Baniol, effective Jan. 1
- Peter Bruhn will transition into the role of SVP of General Counsel and Strategic Development, Sonepar Americas
- Bob Kalkowski will fill the role of SVP of Vendor Relations, Sonepar Americas
- Reina Ohol will step into the role of SVP of HR, Sonepar Americas
- Don Sarno will assume the role of SVP of Digital Enterprise, Sonepar Americas
“Across the Americas we will create more opportunities to drive operational efficiencies, productivity, and alignment, as well as a more seamless culture of best practice sharing and continuous improvement,” added Taylor.

Additionally, Dana Mouritzen has been named Chief Operating Officer for the U.S. He started at OneSource Distributors in 1999 and became President in 2016. In 2021, he was promoted to President of the Sonepar U.S. West Region.
Sonepar said that Mouritzen will partner with U.S. operating companies to optimize investments in supply chain, digital technologies and operations to improve customer experience and foster organic growth.
