Fullmer Industrial Sales will enhance TA Industrial’s offering of cutting, grinding and finishing solutions.
Perrysburg, OH-based abrasives and finishing tool supplier TA Industrial Solutions acquired Douglassville, PA-based industrial supplies provider Fullmer Industrial Sales.
Fullmer CEO Dan Fullmer and his team will continue to lead Fullmer as a branch of TA Industrial Solutions, according to an announcement from TA Industrial President Peter Koury.
“The acquisition of Fullmer Industrial Sales Inc. aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing comprehensive, innovative and cost-effective cutting, grinding and finishing solutions,” Koury said.
