FPI has relocated its southern Georgia operations from Alpharetta to Cumming.
Loveland, Ohio-based industrial distributor Fischer Process Industries (FPI) announced March 22 that it has relocated its Fischer Process South operations in Alpharetta, Georgia, to Cumming, Georgia.
In addition to moving its inventory and staff to 5320 Lake Point Center Drive in Cumming, FPI plans to open a tier 1 and 2 repair shop once it is fully staffed, according to a news release.
The relocation is meant to consolidate FPI’s operations with that of its parent company, Tencarva Machinery Company, the release said. Tencarva, a flow control and process equipment distributor based in Greensboro, North Carolina, acquired FPI last August. Tencarva is a private company, with New York-based private equity firm Bessemer Investors holding majority ownership since November 2021.
