Building materials distributor US LGM acquired Gregory Door & Window. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Breckenridge, CO-based window and door distributor and installer Gregory Door & Window provides services to residential and commercial builders across counties in Colorado — Denver and Summit, Grand, Eagle, Park, Lake, Pitkin and Chaffee.
The acquisition expands US LBM’s product and service offering in Central Colorado, including the Denver metropolitan area.
US LBM operates seven locations in Colorado, including building materials yards in Breckenridge, Colorado Springs, Edwards, Henderson and Woodland Park, as well as a manufacturing plant in Colorado Springs.
The company is No. 6 on MDM’s Top Distributor’s List for Building Materials/Construction.
